Keeping Worcester City Healthy

Primary Care you can trust.

Worcester City Primary Care Network is a group of 9 GP Practices in the city of Worcester. We work together with our primary care partners and community organisations to provide easy access to the healthcare that our community needs.

Since the beginning, we’ve been supporting our GP Practices and aiding them in providing the highest standard of patient care possible. Without our local NHS providers, the community wouldn’t be able to receive the care and advice they deserve.

As well as embedding colleagues to work alongside our GP practice teams, the PCN also manages various clinics and services independently, to provide patients with more opportunities for specialist care within a primary care setting.

We are proud of the community we have created, and we aim to empower our GP Practices to provide an exceptional level of care to all our patients.

PCNs help bridge the gap between GP surgeries and other services, making healthcare more integrated and efficient for local communities.

Our Values.

Supporting GPs within our network.

By developing innovative new services, we are committed to fostering an environment where general practitioners and Primary care networks are empowered and equipped to adapt to a changing system.

Improving health outcomes.

We aim to prevent illness, reduce health inequalities and support every individual to live a healthier and fuller life. By making it easier for you to get the care you need when you need it most.

Together, we’re stronger.

By working in partnership with practices, PCN’s and the wider health & social care system we can provide more connected care and help everyone in our community live healthier lives.

Management Team

Alongside our management team our PCN is governed by a Board of practice representatives made up of a GP Partner and Practice Manager representing each individual practice
